Business and marketing is all done in steps, and it’s always nice when as a business you get to take the next marketing step. With the foundation in place it was time for the Computer Guys to begin to extend their message through electronic media.
With their on-site IT business performing very well, everyone felt it was time to focus on expanding their services to take advantage of the store front and reach-out to the home computer user as well as the home business users.
Doing the research, we all determined that radio would be the most efficient platform to craft and execute the message.
In developing the concept we wanted to tell a story that would/could resonate with the home computer user. Marketing should be about telling a story, trying to captivate your audience and talking about situations that may relate to them.
For Computer Guys the story is to create an ‘it’ team. An IT team that can solve it no matter what it is. How many times are we at home and wish we had those IT guys that we have at work that to solve our home computer problem?
It didn’t take long before someone got it. You can see with this Facebook post that Dogs for Deaf got ‘it’ the first day the spot was aired.
Nothing says more about how you do business than when you stake your reputation on the line by recommending them. We’ve recommended the Computer Guys with all of our clients when they’ve had computer problems. We’ve done ‘it’ with confidence knowing that the client will be well taken care of and the problem will be solved.
