Kelly Congleton, Senior Graphic Designer
Kelly is a graduate of Oregon State University where she majored in graphic design. As Senior Graphic Designer Kelly oversees our graphic design department which includes: Logos, brochures, print ads, flyers, window graphics, signs, web graphics.Kelly has demonstrated an excellence not found in many graphic designers. Her eye for detail is second to none, and her understanding of the clients’ needs and the story that their brand can tell is uncanny. She has a talent to tell stories through her logo’s and designs.

Dixie Nuñez, Office Manager
Smart, confident and a little sass can do wonders in the Advertising World and that is what Melinda ‘Dixie’ Nuñez brings to Paradux Media Group. With the combined duties of Office Manager as well as Project Manager Dixie’s past experience of Office Manager in the medical field does her wonders. Great people skills and a spreadsheet dynamo, Dixie works with our wonderful and eclectic client base,and keeps track of the gang at Paradux (which we admit is a bit like herding ducks…it’s not for the weak at heart.)
As Office Manager Dixie makes sure that the billing is correct and that the invoices for the work we’ve done get out in time, so we can pay our bills, which once again she takes care of. As project manager Dixie is in charge of our ‘Big Board’ which outlines all the deadlines for the week, who is circling the pond, who is landing in the pond and who is taking flight.
