Possessing expertise in both front- and back-office operations, she conceptualizes, develops, and implements initiatives to foster organizational effectiveness, integrate and automate operations, and promote a competitive market position.

 

Tisha spent more than 15 years in the financial services industry, where she utilized her marketing, branding, business development, product development, positioning, and channel selection expertise.

 

She developed and implemented beloved brands and successfully grew customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. She worked with community and local business leaders to develop partnerships and affinities for the benefit of both organizations.

 

Holding an MBA and a BA in Political Science from the University of Oregon, Tisha enjoyed a distinguished academic career punctuated by enthusiastic and successful participation in competitive speaking events. She holds numerous awards for her skill in public speaking and is widely recognized for her ability to capture audiences’ attention with her straightforward, engaging speaking style.
