We’re always trying to be efficient with our clients’ dollars while at the same time producing a quality product that will deliver results. With Brenner’s Furniture and their commitment this year to television, there will be those special weekend sales that will come up from time to time. So how do you produce a TV spot that is only going to air for 3 or 4 days and justify the cost of the talent, the crew and the shoot. For us, it’s planning ahead and creating a shoot that we can use the intro and outro and just have the donut change.
With this Presidents’ Day Sale the TV spot, we created an opportunity for the next spot to have the same intro and outro, but the donut–or “offer” will be different. In the above spot where you will see the ‘Presidents’ Day Sale’, you will see different graphics with Mandy talking about the ‘every day value’. That allows us to maximize the cost of the television production, while still creating a relevant television spot that makes sense for the big furniture shopping weekend.
