Print is always rolling out special edition publications. It’s a way to target a specific audience and at the same time create more revenue. As an advertiser in those ads, you want to make sure that your message targets the demo that the special publication is meant to reach. You’ll also want to watch for ‘time’ depending on the shelf life of the publication.

With this ad our client the Butcher Shop was placing an ad in the local newspapers summer tourist edition “Destinations”. The target are people that are passing through hwy 62 on their way to Crater Lake. Some will be traveling a from a short distance, some thousands of miles. Here is the ad we created:
