A retirement community in California needed a logo designed that could be used as a parent brand for future locations, as well as the initial location. It needed to be strong, identifiable and allow for the individualized placenames to follow.

This logo pairs a strong brand name with a specific location name in order to allow for that future growth and expansion. Other than the specific location, this logo could exist equally well in California as Michigan. Yet, it remains a clear symbol for the company and is readable, and yet somewhat whimsically styled with the clouds or wind blowing across the top.
