“Dear Valued Customer” letters are an important part of any marketing.  It’s a great way to talk to and offer insider deals to you BEST customers.  It’s always more affordable and efficient to get your current customer increase their buying cycle with you than to convert a new customer.

The most important detail with the “Dear Valued Customer letter”, is not to title it Dear Valued Customer!  Make sure you use variable data printing software so that your valued customer’s name will appear… Nothing says we don’t value you than not taking the extra step to individualize your true valued customer.
