Go Kart Hero is a locally owned indoor go kart racing facility in Medford, Oregon. While they had a great following and were doing well, they wanted to add RPMs to their business.
We helped them add high octane fuel by creating a non-traditional marketing campaign that leveraged word-of-mouth, social media, and rack cards strategically placed in tourist spots around the region, to bring new customers in the door and to get existing customers back sooner.
Creating an engaged social media following has allowed us to share exciting visits that create buzz (like when Meghan Trainor stopped by for a race), vet new ideas (racing leagues), and share fun events (Ladies Nights). Backing up Facebook with good point-of-sale material has helped to make sure customers know about all the options and weekly events available at Go Kart Hero — and that helps to make sure customers can participate as fully as they like, which helps to keep the track full and memberships soaring.
