Paradux Media Group Wins 2025 Silver Telly Award for The Human Bean’s “The Grind”

Paradux Media Group wins a 2025 Silver Telly Award for “The Grind,” an internal communications video campaign featuring The Human Bean.

Paradux Media Group earned a 2025 Silver Telly Award in the Campaign – Internal Communications category for “The Grind,” a video campaign created for The Human Bean, a growing coffee franchise with locations across the United States. Presented as part of the 46th Annual Telly Awards, the recognition celebrates excellence in video campaigns designed to communicate information within an organization.

The award highlights an important side of video storytelling: its ability to connect people across a franchise organization, strengthen communication, and help team members understand the people, purpose, and shared values behind the brand.

When businesses think about video production, they often focus on reaching customers, attracting new audiences, or promoting products and services. But some of the most valuable communication happens inside an organization.

For a franchise like The Human Bean, maintaining meaningful communication across multiple locations presents a particular challenge. Individual stores have their own teams, managers, and daily responsibilities, yet they all represent the same brand and contribute to a shared customer experience.

The Telly Awards’ Campaign – Internal Communications category recognizes non-broadcast campaigns consisting of two to five pieces that focus on sharing information through an organization’s internal communication channels.

“The Grind” received Silver recognition in this category, acknowledging the campaign as an example of excellence in internal video communications.

Connecting The Human Bean’s Teams Through Video

As a franchise grows, communication becomes more complicated. Information needs to reach people working in different locations, often on different schedules and with different responsibilities. At the same time, maintaining a consistent brand experience depends on helping everyone understand the organization they represent.

Video offers an opportunity to make those connections more personal. It can bring leadership, franchise owners, managers, and employees closer together by communicating information through familiar voices, recognizable experiences, and shared stories.

For The Human Bean, “The Grind” represents an approach to internal communication that recognizes the importance of connecting the people behind the coffee.

Unlike a written announcement or company-wide email, video allows viewers to experience tone, personality, and emotion alongside the message. Those human elements can help communication feel more approachable and meaningful, particularly in an organization where employees may rarely interact with people outside their own locations.

At Paradux Media Group, we believe meaningful communication begins with understanding the people receiving the message. That principle applies just as much to employees and franchise partners as it does to customers.

Strong Franchise Brands Are Built from the Inside Out

A brand is more than what a business says to the outside world. It is also shaped by the experiences of the people who work there and the relationships they build with customers every day.

For a coffee franchise, those experiences happen one interaction at a time. Every greeting, every prepared drink, and every customer conversation contributes to how people perceive the brand.

That makes internal communication an essential part of maintaining a consistent customer experience. When employees understand an organization’s values, priorities, and direction, they are better equipped to represent the brand in ways that feel authentic.

Our approach to brand strategy and marketing communications recognizes that successful storytelling must work across every audience and touchpoint, including the people responsible for delivering the brand experience.

The Silver Telly Award for “The Grind” reflects the importance of treating internal communications as a meaningful part of an organization’s overall brand strategy.
