Paradux Media Group Wins 2025 Bronze Telly Award for The Human Bean’s “The Grind” Training Campaign
Paradux Media Group wins a 2025 Bronze Telly Award for “The Grind,” an education and training video campaign created for The Human Bean.
Paradux Media Group earned a 2025 Bronze Telly Award in the Campaign – Education & Training category for “The Grind,” a video campaign created for The Human Bean, a coffee franchise with locations across the United States. Presented as part of the 46th Annual Telly Awards, the recognition celebrates excellence in video campaigns developed for educational and training purposes.
This marks the second Telly Award for “The Grind” in 2025. The campaign also earned a Silver Telly Award for Internal Communications, recognizing its value as a communication resource within a franchise organization.
Bronze Telly Award Recognizes Excellence in Education and Training
For businesses with employees working across multiple locations, training is about more than explaining procedures. It is an opportunity to build understanding, reinforce expectations, and help people feel connected to the organization they represent.
The Telly Awards’ Campaign – Education & Training category recognizes non-broadcast video campaigns consisting of two to five pieces produced for general educational purposes.
“The Grind” received Bronze recognition in this category, highlighting the role thoughtfully developed video content can play in supporting education and training within an organization.
Supporting Education Across The Human Bean Franchise
Franchise businesses face a particular challenge when it comes to training. Each location operates with its own team, daily routines, and customer interactions, yet every store contributes to the larger Brand reputation.
For The Human Bean, maintaining that connection means finding ways to communicate knowledge and expectations across a geographically distributed organization.
Video can help make educational content more accessible and consistent. It allows organizations to share information in a format that employees can watch, revisit, and learn from regardless of their location.
Just as importantly, video can bring a human element to training. Instead of relying entirely on written instructions, organizations can communicate through voices, examples, and stories that make information easier to understand and remember.
“The Grind” represents an approach to organizational education that recognizes the value of connecting information with the people who use it.
Why Training Is Part of the Brand Experience
At Paradux Media Group, we believe that a strong brand begins with the people responsible for delivering its promises.
For a coffee franchise, the customer experience is shaped by hundreds of small interactions. From preparing drinks to welcoming customers, employees make decisions every day that influence how people feel about the business.
Effective training helps create consistency without losing the individual personality and human connection that make those experiences meaningful.
That is why education and internal communication should be considered part of a broader brand strategy. When employees understand not only what they are expected to do, but also why it matters, they are better positioned to contribute to a positive customer experience.
Our approach to brand strategy and marketing communications connects an organization’s identity with the practical ways people experience that brand, both inside and outside the business.
The Bronze Telly Award for “The Grind” recognizes the importance of creating educational content that serves the people who help bring a brand to life.
Two Telly Awards for The Human Bean’s “The Grind”
“The Grind” received two awards at the 46th Annual Telly Awards, recognized in two distinct categories.
In addition to its Bronze Award for Education & Training, the campaign earned a 2025 Silver Telly Award for Internal Communications.
While the Silver recognition focused on the campaign’s role in communicating information throughout an organization, the Bronze recognition highlights its educational purpose.
Together, the awards demonstrate how video can support multiple organizational needs. A thoughtfully developed campaign can help employees learn, understand expectations, and feel connected to the larger organization.
Because “The Grind” was developed for internal use, the campaign video is not embedded here. Its award recognition is publicly available on the Telly Awards website.
Part of Paradux Media Group’s Seven Telly Awards in 2025
“The Grind” contributed two of the seven Telly Awards earned by Paradux Media Group in 2025.
The agency received four Silver and three Bronze awards, recognizing work in television advertising, nonprofit storytelling, educational content, and internal communications.
Other award-winning projects included “Day in the Life,” featuring Pressure Point Roofing, and “Providence Festival of the Trees Fundraiser,” recognized for nonprofit video storytelling.
