Paradux Media Group Announces New Team Members

Paradux Media Group announced the addition of two new team members, Kelly Congleton and Jaime Russell, marking an important step in the company’s continued growth. Both hires bring specialized skills and experience that strengthen Paradux Media Group’s creative and operational capabilities.

Kelly Congleton joins Paradux Media Group as the Graphic Design Department Manager. A graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in graphic design, Congleton oversees the visual and creative aspects of the company’s output. Her role includes leading the development of brand identities and creative assets across a wide range of client projects.

Congleton’s work spans logo design, brochures and printed collateral, print and digital advertising, flyers, window graphics, signage, and website graphics. Her approach emphasizes clarity, consistency, and visual storytelling—ensuring that each design element communicates effectively on behalf of the brand it represents. Since joining the team, she has already contributed to expanding Paradux Media Group’s design offerings and elevating the quality of creative work delivered to clients.

Jaime Russell joins the team in an administration and client project support role, providing essential organizational and operational support across the company. Her responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, handling data entry, and supporting a variety of client-facing projects. Russell plays a key role in keeping internal systems organized and ensuring that projects move forward efficiently.

In addition to administrative responsibilities, Russell helps coordinate workflows and supports the broader team by keeping schedules, communication, and priorities aligned. Her role contributes directly to Paradux Media Group’s ability to meet deadlines, maintain focus, and deliver consistent service to clients.

Together, Kelly Congleton and Jaime Russell strengthen both the creative and operational sides of Paradux Media Group. Their additions reflect the company’s commitment to building a capable, well-rounded team to support clients and sustain long-term growth.
