If you don’t feel confident in your ability to turn Leads into Clients. That’s a tough place to be and a really tough place to run a business from.The first place I’d suggest you evaluate, is whether or not your leads are GOOD leads for your products/services, or BAD leads.

If they are BAD leads, then you need to change where you’re looking for your leads, or change the way that you are trying to find them. Try to think about what’s making them bad leads.

  • Are they too big/small for your business?
  • Do they have have the ability to invest?
  • Is their need something you can fulfill?

Understanding why they are a BAD lead can help you to course correct and start finding GOOD leads. That will help with your ability to convert a Lead into a Client.

If, on the other hand, they are GOOD leads and you’re not able to convert them into customers then you need to look either the way you’re selling, what you’re selling, and how much you’re selling it for.

This is a little harder to fix, but really, honestly look at what you’re selling and start making small changes to it until you’re able to see it start to convert for you.
